If you are a current customer, you might have luck. I tried to get it via the web site and it still shows out of stock. When I called the rep said it was low on stock but could be ordered. Only drawback is that you don't get the rebate up front like online. You still pay the same, but you have to mail in the rebate. The rep gave me 10% off my bill for 6 monhs without me asking due to the mail in rebate issue.

I just called vzw today and got a tp2 as a replacement for my tp. I dunno whats going on.

I got a call today by Verizon around 10 am to let me know they had them back in stock and that my replacement was on its way. In fact I'm getting it delivered tomorrow by 12 pm. It's coming locally for me from their Ontario CA warehouse. Will see if it has newest OS

same. yesterday at around 2 eastern they called me to say they could ship off my replacement. i'm guessing the little bit that they did get back they are using for replacements before they fill new orders.

p.s. my original TP2 was fixed so hopefully that means one more of you guys can get ur replacement ;-)

OH my goodness, I really REALLY hate Verizon...

they had the TP2 in stock on the web page, and those reps gave me the run around until it went out of stock again! If that was Alltel, I'd at least have my phone ordered by now.

I even tried to order it on the website, but the site froze when I was processing the order, and it didn't go through.

I don't know if there can be a cell phone experience worse than Verizon's... I am NOT looking forward to my time with them.

Verizon must have received a few, but not near enough to satisfy demand. I noticed they were in stock Saturday morning and ordered one. By Saturday night they were out of stock again. But I received my FedEx tracking number this morning, and delivery should be Tuesday.
