TP2 Randomly Getting Stuck in Headphone Mode?

hi there!

I have a bunch of cabs (thanks to this forum) installed on my phone (batti, total commander, palringo, various visual enhancing cabs, etc) and my phone has worked flawlessly for about a month until yesterday when it would go into headphone mode even though there is nothing attached to the USB or headphone jack. The only way it will get out of headphone mode is apparently on its own because changing volume, soft resetting, removing the battery, and blowing compressed air into the headphone jack all don't work.

Any idea what's happening? TIA!
