first step is always a soft reset..If that doesn't fix it, you can do a hard reset. After the hard reset install each item one by one to see if you can duplicate the problem and determine which app is causing the problem. If you can, I would then try and find a new cab of that app incase yours has been corrupted.

Sounds like its from a background for all tabs cab... not a stuck pixel.

Its not really that big maybe like 1/16 inch by 1/16 inch. I've tried soft and hard resetting...although I didn't notice what app causes it.

yea, thats not a stuck pixel, like someone said above it sounds like a customizing cab that did that, 1/16 of a inch is way too big for a stuck or dead pixel.....

I get this sometimes. Its from the BG4All having issues with the clock cabs. Try to default back to your original wallpaper, then again to the new. If that does not work uninstall your bg4all and do your other edits first and it cleans it all up.
