That's possible and pretty easy, but I would advise against it. If you config a regular key (like M) for single click and long press you are going to end up with a slight delay every time you press m while the program waits to see if it's a single click or a long press.

anyway to get the long press sleep button to power down the phone and the long press end key to set the vibrate/ringer?

I know you can get the long press sleep button to power down or restart, but it acted up on me so I didn't use it. As far as the end key, I know that is very different on VZW as opposed to Sprint so I'm not sure if that can be modified or not. I'm just glad that Sprint didn't do that as I HATED the combined end key/power key on my treo.

HEy guys, thanks for posting this thread. I have been playing around with this for a while and for some reason I am not able to pick it up easily. I really just wanted to create a few keys (Cut, Paste, Copy, Select All) but couldnt figure it out. Also, i am not sure what I am supposed to be doing with the keyboard configs. I have copied them onto my TP2 and tried to load them but the program doesnt see them? Any ideas? I greatly appreicate any help. Thanks

You have to extract the zip file. Should be an xml file in it. Once you've extracted it and put it somewhere on phone the program should see it. I just leave mine in the root of the Storage Card.

Does anyone know what file I point to in order to map a button to turn off the phone? (Not shutdown but Airplane mode)

yeah i think ill stick with these keys. would you know how to get the "LP SEND" button to set ring/vibrate?
