TP1 to TP2 Possibilities

Okay so I got sent a new TP one like a couple weeks because my other TP was acting up, I went through advance exchange.

I bought a TP2 cause I didn't want the hassle of dealing with insurance.
Now I hear all these claims that asurion are starting to give TP2 or Heros.

I had a hero and sold it easy on craigslist, but my TP1 isn't selling for Sh*t!

So my question is; what are the chances of me re-actavating my TP1 and making a insurance claim for it and receiving a tp2 or or hero?

Because I can sell one of those way easier and for more money!

sold my tp for 150 yesterday
took about 2 weeks on craigslist

Okay I understand the point, but I did buy this TP1 and it sucks so instead of giving me a lesson on morality I would rather like to know the chances!

im having the same issue here.$150?i sold touch diamond for that much..tp1 is gonna have trouble selling so sprint is basically leaving out in the cold the customers who went out and bought a tp2 instead of those who *****ed *****ed and alot of times scammed sprint for tp2s why should this be any different.its worth a try

I think to go through insurance you gotta wait 30 days. All though you can have hardware problems before then and take it into a store and get it replaced.
