Re: 10/24 CURRENT unlocker status
Verified. Even with a foreign SIM in my SIM unlocked Sprint TP2, the phone fails to find any available networks.
What does this mean? The radio or some part of the firmware (SPL) is most likely blocking any network with a MCC of 310 or 311 to be seen to the OS. A SIM unlocker will do nothing for the Sprint phones. Like we keep saying, the phone is SIM unlocked from the factory. It accepted my Foreign SIM with nary a fuss. The OS fails to even find a GSM/UMTS network to roam with the foreign SIM on. So I'd like clarification. Is this unlocker something other than a traditional SIM unlocker but it's just being called a "SIM unlocker?" |

@apristel... damn right!! :) Not that I like AT&T and T-Mobile's idea of service, but if I'm roaming in an area where Sprint signal is weak, it'll be great being able to roam across carriers that way.

Re: HSPL is done! They're fixing the server
now i have a question...
i dont think it would be possible but could it be made so you have Sprint and lets say att at once. 2 diff numbers, same phone? i know there are dual sim phones but i would imagine you would need the more to make it work in our phones not sure, never messed with that kinda thing |
