Adjust Light Sensor Settings?

Is there any way to adjust the sensitivity/calibration on the light sensor or how it interacts with the screen brightness.

I have noticed that my screen is too bright in dark settings and would like for the auto-adjust to adjust the brightness downward more in dark settings.

Thanks.
