Believe it or not the 'r' key is just near the 'd' key, but thanks for noticing.

TomTom7 does work on TP2. But you need to install GPSGate and use it. It will damage the BT and you just have to delete the two files.

I see one sec to no lag when doing this.

Used a fixed version and got a lot of lag, I suppose gpsgate fixes this?

I'll look into it.

Re: [FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS] Touch Pro2 FAQ

Great post, thanks for taking the time to put this together:

suggestion: if you can link to the threads that discusses the BT stack issue that's hounding our phones...or briefly explain what it means to the ones not as knowledgeable.

suggestion: if you can link to any thread that discusses cab's...what they are and how to go about dealing with them...I have noticed a LOT of noobs and first time PPC owners...just to ease their pain dealing with the learning curve.

Do the Verizon TP2s have the same memory issue as the TP1?

The first 100 MB is for OS RAM, running underground processes you cannot modify as they are the framework for the device.

Super Noob question - this is my first WinMobile device

Hi, and TIA for answering this really basic noob question...

How do you download a .cab file to your phone? I just got an HTC Touch Pro 2, and can't figure it out...do you download it onto your computer and then "import" it over to the phone, or do you have to browse via the phone and download from there?

Thank you!!
