Sales Volume TP2 For Each Carrier

I've been reading how some people think that Verizon is dumping the TP2 because they aren't available, and others are saying they aren't available because they are selling like hot cakes.

Are there any hard figures on the sales of the TP2 ?
How about sales per carrier. For instance, is Verizon outselling Sprint, or vice versa ?
