"Off" and "Leave Unchanged" Error

I'm getting this REALLY weird error that ends up locking up my device until it's either cancelled or soft resetted. Does anyone know what's causing this? I'm attaching one screenshot ("off" error), but the Leave Unchanged error is identical - just swap out the appropriate words.

I've searched the forum but couldn't find anything similar. Could this be due to incompatible 3rd party programs? I'm currently running:

* Group MMS
* Qik
* Sonic
* Skyfire
* SPB Backup

* Voice Recorder
* WorldCard Mobile
