I'm excited, but I can wait. The TP2 has actually made me enjoy the stability of WM6.1, since all I really like about 6.5 is the kinetic scrolling. Maybe I'll be more excited when WM7 gets leaked.

I'd rather have them stress test it all and not have them release it until its failsafe. I don't want my brand new Touch Pro2 to end up as a paperweight thank you.

i am a software developer foremost... i would assume they want to release it when they know it works in most instances. they dont want anyone to brick a phone. allthough they like what they do there is a bit of a burden. let em do what they do

I hope it does not released until Thursday when I get my new Touch Pro 2. Haha, I do not want any one getting a jump on me. =P

On another note I hope there will be a way to make GSM radio on the Touch Pro 2 for Sprint eventually work on US Tmobile. Then I can get rid of my Hermes.

what are you talking about? it is the same spl that you have on your device right now except couple of jump instructions changed to bypass security. there are only two cases to test, #1 can you load it on the device #2 will it let you load unsigned roms.
you can't stress test anything else.

I'm feelin your train of thought there, brotha! LOL. My TP2 is all chewed up (literally), so I gotta figure out a way to get a new one. What was wrong with yours? And how'd you go about getting a 'new' one?

Edit: when you said, "new", did you mean 'new to you'...as in Thursday will be your first time ever having the device? Or were you referring to a replacement tp2? Please excuse my presumptions.
