Why is there the holding out option? why would they hold out guys seriously. theres no motive, the ppl that donate, donate. and the people that dont, start threads complaining about the release and conspiracy theories.

and now myself and my wife are both HIGHLY contagious, quarentined for at least a week. at least i will have something to do!

Yay. Im so excited. I'm getting from UPS tomorrow or Wed. Talk about perfect timing ey.

One Q: For all those flashing addicts, how long would you say - from ur personal experience - does it tae for your and other cooks to get a really stable rom out there. I mean, in the sense that you can say, THIS IS IT (stability wise at least, not eye candy).
In a sense, this may be a stupid q bc the cooks can only do so much so I am not referring to actual software updates which they have no control of.

there is never a "THIS IS IT point" because there is just so much to be done and customized and alot fo chefs constantly make changes and updates. The only "THIS IS IT point" would be your personal preference and a rom that meets those needs. The first roms will probably have a few bugs since these are the first custom roms for the device but i'm sure they all will be stable for the most part, because the stock roms were pretty fast and stable. Hope this helps

This is wonderful news! This would definetely be the best time to call your carrier if your phone has a problem with it such as a stuck keyboard key or pixel problem and ask for a replacement since it is still under the manufacture's warranty.

Most carriers give you 10 days to return your old phone once you get the new one. During those 10 days, why not perform tests with all the ROMs the Cooks release on the old device!

Like how the OP here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...amond+unlocker tried to use the diamond unlocker, lol. I don't think the roms that WILL be made for the TP2 will mess up anyones phone too bad, lol
