Battery Issue?

For the past week or so, it seems my battery has been draining more than usual. First couple days when I got the TP2, battery life was awesome. 3-4 days of light usuage before battery finally gave in. However, after those few days, it seems that my battery is draining faster than usual..even on idle. For example, I fully charged my phone this morning and unplugged it at about 8am. At about 10am with no usage, I check my battery and it is down to about 90%(viewing 1% increment). Thats 10% drainage being on idle. I hard reset it a twice before and did not install anything and it still seems the same. Anybody having this issue?

Is there a program that I can install to see how much power my battery is draining?
