hold send and end and then power.......... when phones off.

While the phone is off, hold down volume, send and end together...

SPRINT... Power down the device( Or take battery out and put it back in) & while the device is still off hold the Talk, End and power keys at the same time until a gray screen pops up...follow instructions...

yeah i think verizon is the volume down one since the end key is the power key as well
