You can use a Windows Media Player to play streaming songs, but I think you are saying that the mp3 is played in a flash player built into the website. If that is true, you need a browser that supports flash. That would be skyfire. Just go to here and download it.

resco radio is also pretty nice and skyfire is nice for handling flash sites
