however there is something that should be considered:

there are several sizes of extended batteries - 1500/1600/2000/2800/3000/3600

and i did see a 2800 i think that only added 4mm... what gets me is the covers look NOTHING the same, now ive not opened the package yet, but where's the second cam/focus/glory hole? lol anyway cant wait to get this bugger on already

I received this cradle last night. mini usb was in the wrong spot. I modded it to work. I'll post pictures later tonight. I should be receiving the 2000 battery tonight. After I test it for a day I'll post how it does.

If he refunded your money, I don't see where the problem is. Yeah it's a pain, but at least he took care of you before you got it. I have a "rubberized" case I can't use because it is for t mobile or some other version. One without the headphone jack. And I can't do anything about it. So, he corrected his error beforehand, I would be grateful.

When someone gets the 2000 ma battery, can you see what winmo detects it's type as? I know the HTC batt shows as Li-ion properly

Well I went ahead and bought one and my friend took a picture of me just as the battery started to fail:

We were also opening the ark of the covenant but I'm sure it was the battery.

The official HTC extended battery is ALSO a lithium ion polymer

and i quote:

For some reason this one requires the bulky extended door. btw anyone get this battery yet? curious as since they are the same "battery technology" i ordered one.

Here is a picture of the cradle for the touch pro 2. I drilled a hole to move the mini usb over to the left side to fit verizon tp2. I filled in the old hole with epoxy. The 2000 battery i ordered did not come today.

Someone that gets this in addition to testing on the phone needs to connect a known resistance to the battery and let it drain until it hits 3.0v (2.8~9 if you're daring!) and measure the length of time it takes so we can calculate true storage... Just because they claim 2000mah doesn't mean it's more then 1200mah or less. Often these noname from china batteries are not what they claim.

seems like it's too good to be true though.

I got one, I'll let everyone know if I can tell its a better battery
