a keyboard on hd2 would work, maybe they could put the keyboard in the middle, have a dpad to the left of it and some gaming buttons to the right?

i would get the HD2 as soon as it came out with no keyboard or with... on what ever network

i like the screen size, i like the speed.... over all a good phone... i hope it comes out for sprint but from what i have seen Tmobile will get it 1st

i dont know why anyone other carrier wouldnt want to carry the phone.

We need a TP2 replacement with HD2 specs.

I refuse to buy a phone without a keyboard.

Its not just about having enough finger space. Some of us like the real tactile feedback from the hardware keyboard. No, "vibrateback" cannot replace the real feel of the hardware keyboard.

As for changing carriers for a phone... It seems like 2 year contracts (even 3 years for a free Palm Pre) it too long of a commitment. Here are my reasons as to why i will wait for a TP3 or a HD (w/ keyboard) on a Sprint Network.

1. Sero Plan ($30 + $7 Total Equip. Protection) is unbeatable.
2. EVDO > 3G (AT&T and T-Mobile) in terms of reliability and speed. (At least in the LA Area)
3. Mostly likely, within 6 months, a better HTC phone will surface that will make u drool all over again.

My 2 cents.

In my opinion the HD2 w/ a keyboard isn't enough of an upgrade for me.

i want a 4.3" 720p screen w/ a 1.5ghz snapdragon (or tegra II preferably) w/ a gig of ram! :) and of course a keyboard.

tp2 with capacitative touch screen, multitouch, with snap dragon processor and slimmer would be fine.

The new specs leaked for the US HD2 are enough for me, I'd live without the keyboard.
Plan on T-Mob is ok, I never go far from home so coverage is fine for me.
Once it's here, anybody want to buy a TP2?
