Re: Music in sleep mode
I use the old 6.1 start menu and and have the attached program in there. It toggles the screen off. power button turns it back on. With 6.1 start menu you can access it from any program...coreplayer or whatever. super easy.

Hmm never noticed that.....But since you would leave the screen on if you where watching a movie and off when music is playing it makes since...The phone is not a boom box or home entertainment system so for you to be able to turn screen off only when 3.5 jack is in use makes perfect since....But i do understand those who want to carry there phone on there shoulder as a boombox. |

Re: Music in sleep mode
I believe it works as intended. I can turn off the screen while using headphones, 3.5mm or bluetooth, and it continues to play.

Re: Music in sleep mode
personally i use psshutxp. its a great program that gives you options upon shut down, such as: screen off, power off, soft reset, lock device, set shutdown timer, and of course cancel, in case you do not want to use any options after all. so aside from it being a great program it also shuts the screen off and allows background programs (ex music players) to continue operating. this just cuts down on clutter of programs, this one does a lot
