Out Of Office

Incredibly stupid question but how do you access the Out of Office Assistance in Outlook mobile on the TP2? I am using Exchange Server and the only cab I have installed is the Cleanup Cab by GoodThingsToLife. It is missing from Tools-Options in the inbox as Microsoft states it should be. It is also missing on a fresh hard reset. I am guessing VZW disabled it?
Anyone know how to re-enable it?
