Thank GOD VZW TP to TP2
Well my original Touch Pro was having issues with the backlight so I needed a new replacement. I was fed up with it being my 6th TP and complained and VZ ended up moving up my upgrade so I'm like cool but the TP2 is still out of stock so I asked VZ to send me another TP for the mean time to have something that would work. I got the tracking and my replacement TP ended up being messed up by FedEx and was stuck in Texas so it ended up taking 6 days for a replacement. Got home got the phone open and what a piece of crap. The TP sliding mechanism was broken, open the phone its crooked, the screen looked as if someone had sprayed glitter or as if the screen had a matte finish instead of a glossy one. The phone looked like crap however the box was in perfect condition. Called VZW very frustrated and complained they thought it might be FedEx fault but it wasnt anything physical damage just poor build quality, so I got transferred to tech support and the guy tried his hardest to not replace my phone with anything but another TP, I had him speak to a manager and after all my complaining SUCCESS!! I will be getting my TP replaced with a brand new TP2. My suggestion to all who might be having problems with there TP and have gone through multiple TP's to try and get it replaced.
