Re: With sprint releasing a winmo 6.5 device today i guess it wont be long for an upd
Once the hard SPL is released we will have no reason to need an official update anyway. Unfortunately we have absolutely no idea when either on is coming. Would love to ask for status on the hard spl, but seems like that is a forbidden thing to do around here.....
I am beginning to think we are not going to see either one anytime soon..... |

Is 6.5 really that big of a deal that people are making out to be? I feel like the changes in 6.5 is just little eye candy. TP2, just the way is perfect IMHO and I must say HTC has finally done a good job. I have owned every HTC device sprint has put out and this is the best so far. All others were buggy as hell. I am guessing they will have HardSPL before sprint releases 6.5 rom. I have no faith in sprint..only reason i am with them is the sero plan.

I figured I would be disappointed in the TP2 with 6.1 after running for months on 6.5 (NFSFAN ROM) in my TP's but that has definitely not been the case at all. HTC/Verizon did a wonderful job with this phone IMHO, I finally don't have to crack a Sprint phone to run on VZ. This time, even if they where the same price I like the VZ version better in every way. ~John |

Re: With sprint releasing a winmo 6.5 device today i guess it wont be long for an upd
actually...no i am not. there are far greater advancements in technology that htc could have jumped on but opted not to. the tilt screen although is much bigger than the touch pro doesn't justify the release in my opinion. To me the phone is nothing more than a magnified touch pro without the ram and camera flash. I challenge you or anyone else to argue that point using actual facts not just opinion.
