Removing CAB thats not in Remove programs list

When I installed the No Bottom Curtain cab from the sticky here on my brothers TP2, he has a white line along the bottom of his screen right above the soft keys on the home screen. I want to remove this cab, but it's not in the remove programs list in the settings. Any way to do this?

did you try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it?

last resort, back up data and hard reset

by reinstalling the cab, it will ask you that the same cab/app was install and if you want to remove it first before re-installing again. click yes and it will remove the previously installed cab. once it ask you where you want to install the new cab, weather storage or device, just hit cancel to cancel installation,

When I went with the 800W there was a wonderful day when the installed applications list bit the dust. Totally. I re-installed to un-install. Wow. Anyway, I came across MemMaid and that took care of that. I now uninstall only with MemMaid.

i have tried all of these methods (except for hard reset) with no luck. here is the cab i am trying to get rid of if someone wants to look at it
