I had one i dropped and called them this was after 30 days.And i told them this phone is not working right (which it was not) they sent me a new one and a return kit.Well i guess when they got it they thought it got messed up during shipping to them cause they never charged me for the return.I just would call and say it locks up and see what happends. |

I just told them i wasn't satisfied with the phone i recieved and that i wanted to do an exchange. It's sprints policy that you can do an exchange within the first 30 days so they can't say no. They will send you a return kit along with a new phone and you just have to send the old one back.

i mean they asked a few questions like why i wasn't satisfied, but you can just make up stuff like the screen is to wobbly or there is dead pixels in the screen or anything. The thing is they can't tell you know because it's there policy
