I dropped mine to, was getting out of the car and forgot i had it in my lap. Worst part is it fell on grass and then i kicked it and it slid across concrete. Funny thing is it only scratched the cover and really wasn't that bad. I still need a new though lol. I was still in my 30 days and did and exchange and got a new one. Now i always put it in the case when i'm done using it, no matter what even if im waiting for a text or something. Just do an exchange if your still within 30 days

I had one i dropped and called them this was after 30 days.And i told them this phone is not working right (which it was not) they sent me a new one and a return kit.Well i guess when they got it they thought it got messed up during shipping to them cause they never charged me for the return.I just would call and say it locks up and see what happends.

Oh? I didn't know this. I signed up when the deductible was $50 - Will it stay that way as long as I do not interrupt the coverage by canceling and re-adding it?

Very interesting. What who did you call and what exactly did you tell them? I am not very good at this sort of thing.

Asurion just raised their prices for Sprint. 50 for non smart phones, 100 for smart phones. Doesnt matter if you change anything or not, the price went up
