Is it only a Verizon thing?

Kinda off topic but how come my touch flo text interface doesn't show avatars?

yeah, i only have the face up top

but the only thing i hate about the new tfinterface is that is will not spell check. i suck at spelling sometimes.

While we are discussing the Touchflo interface, is there a way to increase the text size when using it like you can in the Windows SMS interface? The zoom control feature on the bottom of the phone doesn't work with the Touchflo interface.
