Re: Did anybody get a crefit from Sprint for price drop?
 

Im a long time sprint customer of over 6 years and I payed $524.99 through sprint website for the phone (which had a $75 credit applied already.) I simply sent an email to sprint customer service asking WHY I had to pay more money than people paying full price on Verizon. This is what I received in return:

"Dear **************,

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I am glad to assist you about the
price match of the Touch Pro 2 phone.

The online price of the Touch Pro 2 phone is $349.99 after mail in
rebate of $100.00. You purchased this phone at $524.99.

You are a valuable customer since 2003. Considering your long standing
relationship with Sprint, I have applied a credit of $325.00 to your
account to match the price for $199.99 which is being offered by other
service provider. This credit will reflect on your next invoice."

Within a couple of hours of recieving that email I also received another email confirming the credit had been applied to my account.
