Error Code 67 Internet Sharing Help!

Error Code 67 Registration Failure. Your PCS Vision Username or Password may be incorrect.

This is the error message that pops up when i try to use internet sharing. Has anyone else had this problem?? Yes ive tried the internet sharing fix cab as well.
