Error Code 67 Internet Sharing Help!

I have a stock TP2 and downloaded the Internet sharing cab and installed it, then updated PRL and Profile and installed the "Sprint Update PRL & Profile.cab" and then reset my phone. I cannot seem to connect to the internet using my TP2...I keep getting the "67 error code". Not sure what to do, I checked my registry and made sure that the connection was set to "Sprint" and the istext.dll entry was deleted. What else might I be doing wrong? Do I need to hard reset to fix this?
Also, after installing the "Sprint Update PRL & Profile.cab" there are two Profile and PRL icons in my settings for some reason...anyway does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
