Need help - VZW Touc Pro2 stuck at startup screen

I just restored a sprite backup to the phone. Now the phone is stuck at the verizon logo'd startup screen. The only thing I can do is soft reset and it continues to stall at the logo screen. Any thoughts on how to force the phone to load pass this point?

I am trying to hard reset (vol down, talk and power buttons) thats not responding either.

if you can get in bootloader you can also enter bootloader and run the shipped rom off your computer

cool. Just checked XDA to find out how to get to bootloader (vol down & reset button or vol down and power button if TP2 is powered down). Now I am just waiting for the shipped rom to finish downloading then I should be back in business. I was trying to wait for the mythical release of 6.5 befor I started playing with this damn phone, oh well.
