TP2 stopped working

I posted this in more detail in the Cleanup thread, but I wanted to get this out generally as well to see if anyone else has run into this. After a couple hard resets last night and a soft reset this morning my TP2 goes black on startup after the Srint splash screen. The only thing it lets me do is press the soft reset button and it goes through the Touch Pro 2 screen and then the Sprint splash then it just goes dark. I dont think it's off because the reset button works, but I don't know.
Anyone else experienced this yet?

Haven't had the pleasure of experiencing this. But have you done a hardreset since this happened?? If you don't kno how to. Turn the phone OFF with the POWER BUTTON ON TOP OF THE PHONE. Then hold down the Talk and END key, while you are holding them down press and hold the power button (button on top of phone) it will ask you to go through the hardreset process.

-When you complete that process leave your phone plugged in. Remember, it takes a little while to reload everything before you get the WM screen. So don't get impatient & start resetting & pulling the battery. Give it the time it needs to restore the OS.

OK, That worked, thank you. I didn't know how to do a hard reset without it being on. It's still a mystery as to why it did this, but we'll just hope it doesn't repeat it for now.
