Thanks!
I am at my wit's end. Does anyone have any other suggestions to clear this "no language files installed" error? I have followed the directions to the letter and I can't get by the no language installed error. I downloaded the language package and installed it into a folder called LANG in the content folder. I did NOT unzip the language files.

I am having the same problem. I downloaded the file from Post #83, did not unzip, and still get the no language installed error.

I also noticed that I have no voice files installed so I need the files for that as well I guess or is that folder where the TTS files go?

I solved the problem. The problem was that I was unzipping the Lang files. You need to leave the language file folder zipped and place it into the Lang folder which should be a subfolder of Content.

Hoping there is a 8.3.4.102680 PDA version soon. I have the PNA version working great with TTS and all, but would like Outlook contacts to work. Oh well.

I didn't unzip the language files and still didn't work. Is possible you can post a link to the language files you used and also the voice file? Thanks.

Here you go do not unzip and install to Igo/Content/Lang, Once again do NOT unzip, simply drag and drop, If you recieve a Lang error delete the whole folder and add it back, You also need Voice files to go with this as well.
Attached Files
File Type: zip Lang_English-US - 2.zip (96.2 KB, 62 views) Click for barcode!

Thanks very much. I installed these files without unzipping and do not get the language error. However, I got this error:

Fatal error occurred i main thread.
Address: 0x002107ac
Exception: 0x0000005

The crash report says that the file "map" is not found but there is a folder called "map" in content and it has navtech maps in the folder.

iGo has better informative interface and nice 3D and it has the same smooth scrolling as TomTom7.

I use to like TT7 alot but now iGo8. Distant 3rd would be Garmin because it got so much open source maps esp. the overseas ones.
