[1]] In addition, anyone else notice right after a soft reset they have two (2) blinking text cursors (the flashing "|" symbol) when typing a text message with the hardware keyboard? Eventually, after Ive opened and closed text a few times I noticed it went away and was back to normal. I soft reset again and I had 2 cursors once I started constructing a text again? Anyone else notice this after clean.cab? I have no other mods/tweaks relating to input/sms or anything.

[2] Today when I was typing a SMS txt I had it open (HTC's skinned one, not WM native), landscape with kb open, backspaced to clear text and decided not to send another message. I clicked "back" and simultaneously slid keyboard in to put it away and it killed SenseUI. I was just starring at a blank Home Screen but everything else was fine/working. I checked memory and it was much lower which makes me think SenseUI just got unloaded. Has anyone experienced this? I haven't seemed to be able to replicate it.

I think the blinking cursor bug is a 6.5 bug, I had that issue prior to installing the tweak cab.

If so, thats a shame it made it into the final Sprint ROM. How about the Home Tab weather not updating itself unless you click on the dedicated weather Tab? Is that normal for Sense 2.5?

All in all, im impressed with the Sprint ROM and GT2L's work making it even better.

Issue resolved, was a reading comprehension error

Fresh hard reset. I installed tweaks first then cleanup both for sprint.
When I clicked on album this is what I got.
Also, it doesnt appear to 'cleaned' anything up.
I tried isntalling this the first time with a fresh hard reset, but I synced my contacts/calendar and it just totally went haywire. Going to just try and hard reset again and see if that works.
*edit: Apparently I can not Factory reset the phone either, gives me the same error.....

third Hard reset, going to have to pass this go round....
1)factory reseting
2)istalling the sprint tweak&cleanup
3)Fubaring phone.

If I'm reading this correctly, you first did a Hard Reset, then installed Tweaks, then Cleanup for Sprint 6.5? If so, then that is likely the culprit.

It is my understanding that after a Hard Reset you should install the Cleanup, and this is ALL you will need as it includes all of the things in Tweaks and then some. The Tweaks it sounds like is if you're NOT doing a Hard Reset and just want to apply the up to date fixes.

To make my phone continue to work smooth, once the new Cleanup is released tonight hopefully I will Hard Reset and then install the new Cleanup cab along with any other misc cabs that I'm using (such as HTC Task Mgr and T9 Fix). Since I'm installing over a fresh Hard Reset there isn't a need for the Tweaks cab.

you either install ONE OR the OTHER!!!! you do not need to install BOTH!!

the cleanup pack DOES clean up items on the device. read the first post in this thread so see WHAT it DOES...

if you can not do a complete hard reset, you have other problems... you can do a hard reset using the up/down buttons as well as the software method....

Agreed. & too many noobs effing it up themselves & trying to blame the software & developer.

1) absolutely, positively do NOT install other applications before installing the Cleanup.
2) If you're installing a newer release and don't want to hard reset, download both the cleanup (for future hard resets) AND the tweaks for the immediate updates.

Maybe this has been addressed elsewhere, but I wanted to ask anyway. Is there a cab that fixes the clock being back an hour, then flipping ahead when you go to the Home screen?

Best way to see this behavior is if you have the HTC Task Mgr installed. Go into it and press on the % to see the memory usage, then once you press OK it brings you back to the Home screen. The clock is back an hour and it flips ahead to the correct time.

I believe I read somewhere that a way to fix it was to disable ALL clock animations, which ISN'T what I'm looking for. I like the clock animation, but it's dumb that in the scenario I describe above the clock is ALWAYS off by an hour, then flips ahead to the current time. Is there any easy way to fix this?

This post has two cabs for that. I used the first cab and it works well no more of the clock flipping.
