make a cab

i look but i didnt see anything,i was wondering if someone could make a cab for these two things if not could someone explain how to do it thanks

hklm/services/notification manger (delete the key)
and
hkcu/software/htc/taskmanger/exclusive list/system (delete the opera9.exe key)
