Just purchased the TP2 on ebay and should have it in hand within a few days. Does your store happen to be in South FL? If not does anyone know of one around that can flash my TP2?

Please help! I can’t seem to get past step #1. I downloaded the Houdini HTC file in step one to my desktop on both a Vista laptop and an XP laptop. Yet when I try to select the file I get the following message: “HTC Driver install cannot be installed on Windows XP / VISTA x64”

What should I do?

You do have to have a 32-bit operating system. If you are running windows 7 x64 you can run a virtual windows xp as long as your processor supports virtualization. Easiest way though is just to do this on a 32-bit system. Windows xp machines are your safest bet.

Thanks for your reply. THing is, after getting the message on my Vista Studio XPS I went to my old Dell Inspirion 9300 with XP and got the same message. Soooooo frustrating!

Sounds like you have a 64-bit OS. Check by going to Start -> right click on "my computer" -> then goto properties and if you have a 64bit OS it will say windows xp x64 or something like that. That means it will not work. You MUST USE A 32-bit version of WINDOWS

Now on a 32 bit XP machine, when clicking on install I get the following error message: HTC Driver Install Cannot be installed on systems with .NET Framework version smaller than

And that's all it says. Help? Again
