Dropped It SOOO sad

I went out for a run and the earphone got stuck some where and caused the droppage for the phone. It made crack on my phone screen visible but not too terrible.
I am verizon, what are my options right now?
I have insurance, not sure what the deductible is gonnabe.
ALso, since they don't have tp2 in stock and its sold out not sure what's gonna happen. I don't think I can use 30 day return policy since its damaged.

100 Dollar deductable, or say it came broken in the box. Also, I broke my screen too, and the cracks have been spreading.

haha, everytime I see a post about someone breking their phone, I check it out hoping to see pics. It's like looking at WreckedExotics.com, so sad, but I still want to see.

Regarding the original poster, I read the last few posts of the "Verizon is out of stock" thread, and people seem to be getting their new replacements. You should try to get an insurance replacement.

Turn it into the Insurance. That's what it for! Check again for restock, if still out of stock keep using until you can get one. What else can you do.

Sad to hear it. The world is not going to come to an end.

Unless something changed, VZW's deductible is still $50. I checked Asurion a week ago and mine was still $50. Sprint's is $100 due to a lot of fraudulent claims from what I've heard. But this is exactly what insurance is for. You may even be able to get a store to replace it for you if you walk in and tell them what happened, though a lot of that will depend on the store as some will and some won't.
