Help -purchased wrong version of coreplayer

I just purchased the smarthphone version of coreplayer instead of the pocket pc version for my Pro 2. I now have a worthless code since the smartphone cab or exe will not execute on my phone. I figured that if I could download the correct file the code might still work but I guess you don't get a download link until you make a new purchase. I alreay emailed my issue to customer support but only God know when/if they will get back to me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
