I think video looks fantastic on this phone! I can't imagine who would have bought the TP2 and write a review like this one I found on Sprint PCS's website:

Youtube playback, fullscreen even on YouTube HD videos (that start life as 720p) I have had NO skips, just buttery smooth playback. Looks fantastic. Very little aspect crop as well coming from 1.77 to 1.67 (vs. something like an iPhone which has to go down to 1.5). Video's look damn near photorealistic.

Anyways here's some good ones, in 720p, HD. These are direct HD links, but just search for teh title in the HTC Youtube app and you'll find 'em

Anytime I want to show off my TP2's BEAUTIFUL screen I just open up CorePlayer & play either Transformers or Jurassic Park. I ripped the DVD's to DivX AVI format(700mb). They play flawlessly & look absolutely awesome. Then I flip up the screen & set it on my desk and its all over.

Anywho, I'm still trying to figure out how to downsize a video to the max resolution of the screen, have a decent framerate, and have the video not skip. Anyone know how to do this? And does it work with WMP?

I suggested this a while back on the TP1, and Titan threads - I use Super © (http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html). It's free, easy to use, converts most any format to most any other format. Great program.

Dunno what you did to your phone, but You Tube videos dont skip, run full screen, and look gorgeous on my phone... ya goon... quit bashing the phone...
