Scrollbar in Opera?? I need one!

That post about the zooming reminded me of this issue...

I find myself in LONG pages in Opera, and it takes SOOO long to scroll anywhere. The swipe is not kinetic (It's essentially a set scroll speed), and holding down the page up/down button isn't quick at all. Is there anyway to grab that scroll button on the side (yea, I see it), and scroll with it? I would LOVE to have this!
