In call recording save to Storage card?

I absolutely love the call recording feature, it really comes in handy!! Anytime I call customer service for any company, or there is some information I need to write down, I just record it and reference to it later.

The only problem is the recorded calls fill up the device memory far too quick. Is there any way to set it to record to the storage card? I have to transfer the file immediately after I finish recording, but it would be better if it would just record to the storage card. Any ideas?

Re: In call recording save to Storage card?

I use Slothie's Auto Call Recording App taken from XDA. You can find it here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=536472

It allows you to save wherever you want, storage card included. You can also tweak the audio settings if you want. It is really good, the saved files are around 70kb/minute.

thanks, does this program automatically record phone calls, or does it give an option during a phone call to record, or not.

Thumbs up Re: In call recording save to Storage card?

It can do either. It will automatically record all calls on the device, but there is a setting in the options that you can set to ask you after the call if you want to save the recording or not.
It works like a charm, It saves the calls with file names that are the date and time of the call. It will save the calls to any location you wish.
