Is Adobe Flash 10 Launching With Winmo 6.5?

I was wondering if the launch of Adobe Flash 10 will be included in winmo 6.5 since they're both scheduled for a october release. This is the article about adobe flash 10 launching in october

this article makes me THINK it might be coming with the winmo 6.5 launch but dont quote me on it the article here says winmo 6.5 is launching with a new version of flash lite
