FLV Streaming App?

Does anyone know an app that allows streaming to various streaming sites such as metacafe, gametrailers, etc??? I know that someone made Ultimate PSP tube that allows you view videos like this, however all I can get to or find for any WinMo device are apps that link to youtube...
