transfer ring tones from tp to tp2

The files are in the "ring" folder.

Showing up twice because its in two places on your phone. Internal and storage....Just leave it like that, save you the headache that should be going away. Only advice choose the ring tone that's on your internal memory for faster response...Which means the ones on your storage card just rename them and put a 1 after the name so you know which files or which.
