Sandisk Problem

i have a 16GB micro sd disk. it is showing 15+Gb full but actually only has 4.75Gb on it if you select or look at all the files. any ideas on why this is happening? it seems like it happened all of a sudden ... before i knew it, i said i was out of space?

reformatt ya card to fat32 and that should work

it is FAT32 ... but i guess i'll reformat anyway. thanks for the reply
