iPhone pixel issue similar to TP2?
I have sent my TP2 back to an eBay seller for replacement due to 20+ "stuck pixels" on the screen, but I'm not entirely convinced these are "stuck pixels". I've had LCD monitors before with stuck pixels, and basically, they are always blue, always red, or always green, rarely anything else, but they never changed color no matter what angle they were viewed at.
The strange thing is that I noticed with my TP2 that these pixels would change color when viewed at different angles, and at many angles, most of them would disappear completely. Here's a good thread I found at a forum that describes this exact thing, except on an iPhone: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum...m/1037235.html Does anyone else notice this, or are theirs one solid color all the time at all angles?

In my case I had 1 stuck pixel, solid red - on a white background, and it never changed colors, regardless of the viewing angle. I'm pretty sure that's a true stuck pixel. |
