Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

I think I may have figured it out. When restoring a backup of my contacts with PIM backup I've gotten cprog.exe errors, which is the dialer. I'm wondering if that could in turn have screwed up the dialer when I was in calls, resulting in the other party being unable to hear me.

Just a hunch...

Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

Issue just came back after a hard reset and not backing up the speed dials.

Could the 5 other people who voted yes for the other caller unable to hear me please post.

Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

I am coming from a samsung i760 and live in washington dc metropolitan area. I dont drop calls but my signal is not as strong as the i760. It gets stuck on 1x alot more. Also when i am listening to online radio it buffers alot. The I760 didnt have that issue.

I'm good call quality/dropped calls wise. Just have the 1X stuck issue.

Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

For any still dealing with this issue, I was also dropping calls at my office, (where my titan did not). I spoke with a tech who verified the signal strength in my locale was solid. I just switched my phone from global to CDMA only, and had no drops on my test call. The signal bars drop to 1 in spots, but that's consistant with my Titan's radio performance. Hope it helps.

This sounds like the commonly reported 1x issue ... that would explain the buffering.

I live in Pittsburgh, with no problems. However, I just came back from Disney Fla. I had 4 bars everywhere I went, but kept getting bumped into 1x. This doesn't happen at home, even in low coverage.

Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

i have to say every gripe i had with TP1 went away with the TP2. much better call quality, usually only dropped calls i get are when on the edge of sprints network and if the phone switches to roaming while talking ,it drops. i have started keeping the phone setting on home only. this doesn't completely solve the prob, but it helps.

Re: How many are having in-call issue's?

I think "There's a map for that"
lol.
I have a Sprint TP2 and have had no problems with the phone service... The only problems I had were caused by me when I installed and uninstalled s2u2 and then installed and uninstalled pocket shield. My phone features were all messed up. But no dropped calls or anything like that. Then I did a hard reset and all is well.
Just sharing.
