Re: Touch Pro 2 Basic Disassembly Pictures (56k warning)
Nice! I must have missed this one, but great post! Def thanked! I also have some more images on another thread that take it apart to the front screen.(http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=92100) I was wondering if anyone has been able to get to color the LEDs under the four home buttons on the front? I was unable to get to these. Thanks!

Re: Touch Pro 2 Basic Disassembly Pictures (56k warning)
How do you separate the LCD from the touch screen? Anyone sell them already mounted together. I tried e*bay but did not see anything (some similar mention NOT for CMDA phone).
Thanks |

Re: Touch Pro 2 Basic Disassembly Pictures (56k warning)
The problem is they are pretty much bonded together with glue and getting them apart can be a real pain. So once you have the display out, the last step would be to pry the digitizer off the display to break the glue bond (not pretty). If you had a new display and a new digitizer it wouldnt be a problem, but to reuse either after ripping them apart from each other isnt pretty. That is why I would suggest getting the Digitizer and the display as one together.
