Re: Outlook sync sub-folders
I wouldn't mind knowing how to do this either. Even if it only downloads the headers for "Sent Items", as an example, from the current date forward, that would be helpful.

Re: Outlook sync sub-folders
Go to your Inbox, where you can see all your emails in front of you. Then bottom left click Menu>Tools>Manage Folders
Once in there you should be able to hit a checkbox next to whichever folders you want other than those it syncs by default. It will then download them during the next sync with whatever download settings you've set for the entire account. Watch out if you have any rules set up for new emails. Sometimes you'll get a new email indicator and just can't find it in your inbox, to later stumble upon it in one of your newly synced folders. |

Re: Outlook sync sub-folders
Getting there. I now have new messages sync'ing from the other folders. Do you know what I need to do to pull in existing (already read) messages?
UPDATE I marked all of the messages in my sub-folder that I wanted to sync to UNREAD. Then all of those that qualified for my sync rules (last 30 days) sync'd down. Then I marked them all as READ and sync'd again. All is now wonderful. Last edited by mikedboyd; 09-28-2009 at 04:45 AM. |

Re: Outlook sync sub-folders
The information in this thread was very helpful, now I can get sent mail from my main computer onto my TP2. But email I send from my TP2 does not sync back up to my main PC. I've checked Sent Items both on the phone and on MS ActiveSync. What am I missing?

Re: Outlook sync sub-folders
Having the same issue. Exchange 2003 shows the sent files on the HTC, but mail sent from the device does not sync back to exchange.
