Looks like I "lost" the phone. Sprint Telesales just F'ed me over. They wanted to charge me for the phone again so they can send me a replacement, 670 dollars and then credit me back in 6-10 days.. They wouldn't budge at all he kept telling me there is nothing he can do. Then all the sudden I said I'd just leave sprint pay the early contract leaving stuff and go to verizon and buy their touch pro 2 for 300 dollars. Bringing the total to around 550 bucks. He then took back what he said and said he can do 494 dollars and ship it out to me then credit it back in 6-10 days. I can't believe this just happened. I've bought 3 phones full retail from Telesales and they can't trust me yet? A Touch Pro, a palm pre, and the touch Pro 2. This is REDICULOUS!!!!! Except I'm not switching to verizon. Their plans cost too much and this is the first issue I have ever had with them. I'm going to pay the 150 dollar deductible I guess :/

So do you not even have TEP? Because Sprint isn't who you'd be going through if you did, it would be Asurion. If that's the case, you're lucky they're doing anything at all for you, particularly if you told them it was lost.

Unfortunately, that is the standard process for exchanges through telesales. My GPS is non-op on my unit and they had to send me an RMA kit, and then reset my upgrade eligibility and send me to telesales to have them order me another.

Were you not able to have the phone billed to the account?

It's too bad that the stores do not have them in stock just yet, although depending on the store it would be doubtful that they would exchange it, depending on the severity of the damages.
