touch pro screen not working

Im am new to the HTC world. My TP got the rainbow screen last week then today the screen will not accpet any of my commands. It will not register my movements or the stylus' movements.

Did I mess up a setting or is this something that I need it to get sent in.

I have done the hard reset twice and it didnt help.

My carrier is US Cellular and I bought this new from a person so there is no warranty.

What do you mean "rainbow screen? You mean like a oily film inside the screen that warps aroung if you massage it?

I think hes talking about the bootloader screen, my mogul did the same thing. Is it a touch pro 1 or 2? You might wanna try in the touch pro 1 forum.

Towards the end of my moguls life, it would get stuck in the bootloader screen if the battery drained completely, I got it working once, after the second time, it would boot up, but the touchscreen wouldn't work and I couldn't get past the setup (screen calibration)

yeah the oily looking stuff under the screen. That showed up very lightly one week, filled the rest of the screen the next week and now the screen does not react to touch.

It is the TP1
