Program Launcher

hey, i have a bit of a problem...I installed Garmin on my SD card. ended up doing a hard reset and now ofcourse the shortcut for the launcher is gone, sure i can use file browser to locate the executable and launch it but is there any way that i can get that launcher back onto the programs list?

copy the Garmin.exe and paste it as a shortcut into windows/start menu/programs.
