For some reason the rep i spoke with stated that only a few of customer with get that price. Such as premier customers etccc.
Don't know if it true but that's what i was told

I did get the phone for $135 after MIR.

and i was wondering why is it that verizon offers the same phone at a much cheaper price than what i paid?

The Verizon version and Sprint version are not the same. Sprint offers a different style and different network features other than Verizons network features.

thats how the convo went. she put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and gave me a $150.00 credit. i paid 349 after the MIR PLUS i get a 39% discount due to the company discount i get, so i will come out looking really nice!

she will apply it to my next bill so i will wait and see..... yes this was nice of Sprint AND nice of verizon to offer this phone at that great price to begin with! this is why competition is good!!!!!

I used the exact same story and was shot down. The rep said she had to speak with her supervisor. When she came back she said that it was only for Corporate customers. I told her I already do get a corporate discount applied to my account. She said she saw that but it was a different type of corporate customer. Couldn't get her to budge. She offered to transfer me to her supervisor and I got his voice mail. Looks like Sprint is trying to burn us on this deal.

I just got off the phone with cs and retention and one lady said I have to wait ike 2-3 months because the phone just came out and other people are paying that price and retention supa said the same b.s. and that's fu!cked up cause verizon have the same phone for $199.99 that's a good price comparied to $349.99 come onn sprint get the picture cause I really do what the touch pro 2 for sprint.

try again. I am on the phone with them right now. and they are saying I would have to return the phone and then get the other phone shipped to me for 199.

I sent an email off through ecare and got a response within 20 minutes. Here's the reply:

"Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the credit against the Touch
Pro 2.

Unfortunately, we would not be able to apply any addtional credit
against the ' Touch Pro 2 ' charges due to system limitation.

We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your
concerns. Please reply to this email or visit Sprint.com/mysprint if we
can be of further assistance."

Not sure what a system limitation is. I hate dealing with people over the phone. I'll try chat next. If that doesn't work I call retentions.
